I got in, not one, but TWO workouts on the elliptical last night and so proud of myself... went straight from the programmed Cardio Blast workout, right into the Fat Burner workout. Successfully exhausted myself so I felt totally relaxed though

I lost a total of 46 pounds!!! 4 short of 50 pounds

I lost 33lbs, so 17lbs short never mind, I'm focused on my new goal now.. 70lbs total by mid June!
