Oh ya I went and tryed on my MH Dress for my Siter Wedding and WOw...


The dress it has to be taken in in the back area alone over 4inch. and they started to say there so much here take in so they said to come back next month for final measurments closer to the end of June.

You all are doing really great this week. Good going.. Now if we can all stick with it for this long weekend.. Its hard when its a long weekend I think.. Drinking and eating seems to go with the weekend.

I stayed the same this week. Its ok though at least I am not up.. TOM is supposed to be here but hasn't showed yet.. I might just bypass him this month.. Haha. Oh the joys of getting older. Still have the pre-TOM symptoms but nothing to relieve them.. Grrrr.

I feel skinny-er today.. Not sure why but I might have been retaining water this week.

Hey no problem. Love the bridesmaid dress. I went dress shopping today with BF her wedding is in Oct and we decided that we will go with an alfred angelo design. Not sure which one yet and she likes the claret colour. The party will all look great in that colour. Also scoped out a salon for mani & pedis this am. Had a great time! Now to try to squeeze in a workout before I lose my second wind!

I'm still around ladies, very busy with Dad and making the most of the days without rain to prepare my flower gardens, etc. Has been a GREAT long week-end so far despite the sad Friday with Dad but I am concentrating on the positive which includes my new annd improved energy level....woweeee I feel AWESOME!!!!!

Been keeping my blog up to date and finding that reading about others is helping out a great deal. My new bedside reading :-)

I was wondering this morning.....do we HAVE to take our supplements 15 to 30 mins before our meal??? We are so laid back on week-ends, have taken them right before my meal for the past day or so...will that change anything?

Hi ladies. Nice to see you have done so well Christina!!! Very well done!

I thought for sure I would have gained over the weekend. I didn't eat to plan. I didn't eat bad stuff, but I didn't eat enough. It's TOM and my appetite always suffers. I would have harmed a small child Sunday night for some chips and a chocolate bar!! I settled for a cup of tea and a 100 cal aero bar. I had an apple to settle the crunch I miss from eating chips. So I didn't do too badly at all.
I went in on Tuesday and weighed in at -.6
So I got my $5. Gift Cert. woopie!!!!
I am feeling really good, despite TOM. Lots of energy and I don't get tired as easily as I did. Feels great!

Julia, can't wait to get an update from you! BTW... Happy Birthday!!!

Tammy, I don't always take my pills the recommended 30-45 min before a meal either. I asked the center and they say they work best if you take them and wait, but if you forget before you meal, you can always take them with a snack in between meals.
My councillor said I can take them with a piece of fruit mid day or in the evening if I forget. It's better than not taking them, or taking them immediately before a meal. So that's what I do.

I did not make my birthday goal. But hopefully I will have it for friday! Still hoovering at 300.5. Still need to exercise today. Too cold out so I did not get my walk or bike ride in.

The $5.00 gift cert was from my center for losing at least .5 lbs over the long weekend. What sucks is that I can only use it on suppliments (which doesn't include wm2000's) and it expires May 31st. Ah well... I am just happy to have lost the weight.

I'm not going back in until Friday, so I'll chat with you then.
