Well my binge maked it so I lost 1lbs. Which is a lesson to me that I can't have a certain food item on hand when TOM rolls around. I'll save you from my food porn. I managed to get my 4 mile fast walk in. I only walked. I did sweat so that is great. I'm hoping I have only 1 more week then I can jog. I get my last staple out tomorrow so happy days! It's really a pain in more than one way.

Thanks well the last staple is out and I'm told I can jog for a month or so.
I didn't feel any pain when they took out the staple but shortly after I got home it felt sore so I decided it was best not to walk today. I asked about putting this stuff that is supose to lessen scars they said the doctor doesn't like that stuff put until it's completely healed. So you guessed it another month. I'm feeling bingish (lol is that a word) I think it's from the stress of not working out and TOM. I've got veggies steaming now and I haven't gone over in points so I'll have to put in a movie to keep my mind off this.

I'm glad the last staple came out. Did they give you anything for pain and whatnot?

I still have pill from my surgery left over but they make me really tired. So I read and watched a movie that seemed to help me forget. How are things going with you?

Alright. I overslept AGAIN so I wasn't able to do anything I wanted today. I have to get off in a few cause I have to get to work. Seriously, I'm going to start going to bed by midnight cause this is crazy.

Shari – I’m sorry to hear things are so crazy right now. Maybe once you get settled in thing will start to fall into place. Kudos on your eating and getting rid of your diet pepsi. I’ve seen those ear buds stuff. It kind of makes me laugh because earbuds hurt my ears it’s like the hole is too small. I told my husband this and he just gave me a weird look. Is that way your got them? Nice camera! Awww yes music is a must!!!

As for me today. I went shopping last night and found a few items. There were some really cool necklaces one was on clearance and the other on sale. So I got them. I picked up a couple tops size XL and a couple silky shirt size 14/16 which I’m so happy to fit into. I also bought size 14 jeans. While I don’t see my weight loss the clothes are sure showing it.

I can't use the standard earbuds cause they never fit in my ear! The ones I brought have these soft rubber caps that custom fit in your ear. Nice.

I'm going to check those out!! Thanks for the tip my ears get so sore.

I hope you had a Happy Easter! Today is weight in day. *sigh* I'm afraid to weight in. I let a few to many treats sneak passed my lips. I also didn't log my food. Geez I'm going to workout but I don't want to. (I mean really really) What a state of mind I'm in at this moment. I think it's time to play my music chill then get going!

4 LBS Down! I'm excited and nervous since in the past I can't seem to make past the 200 mark. Mental games sux! If I can get passed it this time. I'll be in such a better frame of mind. 4 years this has excaped me. I won't let it be 5 +
