Real quick post before I head to the gym. I got up an extra 1/2 hour early, so I could get to work earlier. I had to leave early yesterday due to a family thing.The workout didn't seem so hard yesterday, but today I can really feel areas my regular workouts miss
Good thing, I guess 
I am rereading one of my favorite books, and I realized - I haven't been "binging." Now, I have made some bad food choices, and still have some work to do on portions. But I haven't done the all out uncontrolled eat everything without thinking about it that I used to. And now, I really can feel it when I go bigger than I should on portions. It's a good thing.

Hope we'll see some action soon. Well, I can't believe it's already St. Patrick's Day on Friday!! Ain't making my goal here, that's for sure. But, at least I am back up and moving and will once again get some fat off. At least I have not porked out, which I could easily have done! Good night all!
