Hello everyone. It's been quite busy in here the last few days. I have had a hectic week to say the least. My calender looked like this:
Monday- health dept app't
Tuesday- my dr.'s app't and glucose lab work
Tuesday night- Brett's meeting at school for upcoming field trip
Wednesday- logan sick and to Dr.
Wednesday- 2 1/2 hour IEP meeting at school for laken
Thursday- Brett diabetes app't
Thursday- laken dentist
All of this of course isn't counting the normal things you have to do and taking kids to school and picking them up and such. Today I have nothing to do outside of the home but pick them up thank goodness. I am beat and just want to rest a little bit.
My pregnancy seems to be going great. Sunday is my first "mini" goal. I will be 25 weeks which is when the twins were born and I really want to take my baby home with me this time so hopefully he will stick in there. The dr. has moved me to a scheduled c-section on May 17th which cuts my pregnancy off by 2 weeks so that is wonderful to hear. Hopefully I can bypass some of the real uncomfortable stuff. I am 3 pounds under my pre-preg weight so technically I haven't gained anything yet. I had that glucose test on tuesday but haven't heard anything from it. The baby should be at 2 pounds by now (know this cause I delivered at this time with twins). I don't know if I ever mentioned it or not but his name is Peyton. We haven't officially decided the middle name yet. I have 96 more days to go.
Talk about weather Gayle, I would love some snow too. I won't be so busy the next couple of weeks so maybe they could schedule us a nice little snow?? Wish it worked that way. We've been rather mild here. I think it was 28 degrees here this morning but suppose to hit around 50.
Daphne hang in there and know we are proud of you for losing weight. I know its something I have to face when this little adventure I'm enduring is all over. Have you made any progress in moving?
Donna I know you're proud of Elena and her accomplishments. I never got my kids involved in any extra curricular activities but I have too many kids to do that and I am just too tired. I envy anyone who can though. My kids are more into electronics than anything that requires moving anything more than their hands on those games.
Rosey how are we doing? Let's not be bragging about any snow now!! LOL When is the next event where all the kids and dogs come to see grandma??
