    Jan 1st: 149.6
    Jan 2nd: 148.8 -0.8lbs! Only tiny change but it'll do for me!
    Jan 3rd: 148.0 -0.8lbs again! Oh yeah!
    Jan 4th: 147.7 -0.3lbs. Really tiny but 3rd day decrease so I'm happy
    Jan 5th: 148.2 0.5lb gain!
    Jan 6th: 149.2 1lb gain! Heck two days OP and I've nearly wiped out all the progress I've made
    Jan 7th: 146.6 2.6lb loss in a day heck! Yay back on track and a 3lb loss in a week
    Jan 8th: 145.8! -0.8lbs Yay met my mini goal- 25% of goal.
    Jan 9th: 144.8 1lb lost! I actually threw my hands up in the air and said "Yes!" .
    Jan 10th: 144.6 -0.2lbs Right on target! I need to lose exactly 0.2lb a day to reach my next goal
    Jan 11th: 146.0 1.4lb gain! Not happy though may have been cos I didn't weigh in the morning.
    Jan 12th: 145.6 -0.4lbs. It is a loss but got to lose at least 1lb by end of week to stay on track!
    Jan 13th: 145.6 No change. :|
    Jan 14th: 145.6 Sigh.. no change again and didn't hit my target. Next week then!
    Jan 15th: 145.2 -0.4lbs Finally! Hopefully this week will be better than last.
