    Will I make it into the 140s next week? Realistically, I'm not counting on it. But I've lost half my original goal, and that's better than nothing.
  • I am eating 1200 calories a day, under 30 grams of fat, and under 120 carbs (on average). I am committing myself to working out 4x/week for at least 45 minutes.

    I am going to reward myself with a new pair of Tori Burch Reva flats...and at 50lbs lighter I should fit into my super sexy form-fitting jeans (size 18-20) and that will reward a cheescake factory dinner with my husband! (with no calories counted!)

    *YAY* Let's do this you guys!!!

  • I am still 19.2 pounds above the 161.4 goal I had set, but I'm ok with it. I've lost 30.8 pounds and that is awesome. I've also gone from a size 18 to (if it existed) a 12.5 during this time, and I know that I have put on some muscle. I am lookin' good and am proud of myself. Go me! I hope all of you are proud of whatever level of success you have had as well and that everyone has a great Valentine's Day - don't eat too much chocolate!

    I am very happy with the results. I loss 38.5lbs, which is amazing. I really enjoyed coming here and checking in with everyone. I wish you all great success in this journey.
