    The kids walk much faster in the winter when there isn't as much to look at. We walk to the end of our road and back, 1.5 miles total. During the summer it takes at LEAST an hour. Only 45 minutes today.

    Edited to add that also means I surpasses my 500 minute goal of exercise for the month. February goal is 500 minutes of CARDIO a month. All the weight training stuff will just be extra.
