Rediculous. Then the grand parents mailed candy to the kids 1000 grand bars and butterfingers...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? Well needless to say...i had some of both. I am trying to look at it like, i only ate 2 bites of butterfinger and 1/2 of the 1000 grand...which is know is terrible...BUT, normally i would have eaten at least one whole one of each. So at least that is a step...although it is definately not a step towards my goal either. Today on the other hand has been great calorie wise. Didnt get a workout in...worked too late. But at least water and cals are in check today. Tomorrow is surgery day...just some cysts are being removed, twigh-light sedation...so i wont be going to the gym tomorrow either. But i will probably not eat a lot either. I really miss my gym workouts...it is amazing how much better my body feels when i am in the gym.
Tina- Glad one of us had a good weekend.
Good for you for planning ahead with meals. That will make or break my week. I think that is a lot of what is wrong with my weekends.
But you'll be back to ticker in no time with that mentality. Robbin- Mmmm bbq
...i wouldnt have turned it down either. Bbq is SO salty though, bet that scale will be back down by the middle of the week. Michelle- With the before and during photo you posted...it looks like great progress. Good for you.
Looking good. Ok, time to get some laundry done.

...Sorry I have been MIA over the weekend, but we had the most beautiful weekend. Hardly any wind and in the mid 60's, so I was busy helping my Hubby work in the yard and get buildings closed up for winter. We still have some stuff to move out of the garage so we can get the car in, hope to do that today.
Mother nature decided to go out with a bang here. After having such a beautiful fall weekend, we dropped 45 degrees yesterday to 24 for our high, had wind gust up to 45 MPH and snowing hard. We got 1" and suppose to have more today. Looks like the kids that are going treat or treating will be in snowsuits.
Erin, will post a picture of the baby quilt either tonight or tomorrow. Thanks for asking.
and increase your workout and chug the water, you'll be back on track in no time.
Good morning ladies, how are the scales treating everyone? Not so good here, I am still at 222. What really gets me is that it doesn’t matter what time of day I weigh they still say 222.0 every time. I weighed before bed last night and they read 222 so of course I thought oh yeah in the morning they will be back to at least 221 but nope they weren’t they were right there at 222.0, now does that not make any sense? I have got to be retaining water for that to happen right?
You're doing so good with your food plan, it sounds great!
Today I'm just finishing up all the thank you cards so I can get them all mailed out tomorrow morning. I was waiting for the obituary so I can include one in each card along with a memorial folder too. My DH got about 20 papers from the schools yesterday, so I have plenty. I hope all of you have a nice day and a fun and safe Halloween tonight!
....amazing what one bad weekend can do. Geeze. Lets stick it out together...we can show that evil scale whose boss.
i know it will be challenging, especially for thoe of us with little gouls and goblins.
until last weekend! Having to run all over the place for two days in the rain, wind, and humidity did a number on me, flared up my allergies terribly, and caused me a relapse of the walking pneumonia I have been battling since late August!
I am off work the rest of the week-doctors orders, and am on a steady diet of codiene, steroids, strong antibiotics, and the occasional xanax so I actually calm down and rest! Drugs, anyone? I have plenty of refills!!!
I guess each group is different...that and I am back in school myself (did I mention that earlier?) to finish my M.S. Ed in Higher Ed. Administration and Leadership. I am doing an online program but still, it's a lot of work.
I have been slacking a bit the past couple of weeks, for obvious reasons, so I need to take this weekend to get myself caught up!
I am pleased to report that my niece went as Belle (From Beauty and the Beast, I think?) this year! She originally wanted to be a candy corn, complete with, as she says "really cool white go-go boots!" but somehow I get the feeling that the Catholic school would frown upon that. This reminds me...she only had a 1/2 day today, because of Halloween and trick-or-treating...anyone else's kids get this?? I thought it was strange for a Catholic school...
I would LOVE for a scientist to explain that one. I am so sorry about the stress you are having with your dh going to Irac, i cant imagine what that must feel like. Just know my prayers are with our military always.
