Sorry, I haven't been here in awhile. I'm starting to get busy again at work and then with the holidays
Last week I lost .2 of the vacation weight but then this Wednesday I lost 2.2 and we went away for the weekend. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner out for two days. I was proud of myself for controlling my eating habits.
Having all the family home for Thanksgiving. We should have 16 on the day, then 9 the rest of the weekend. My daughter in CA is coming too.
Hope all you ladies have a wonderful Thanksgiving if I don't "chat" with you again before. Remember, lose-lose-lose before Christmas.

Hi, I'm back from Fla after cleaning up after someone elses life and it wasn't pleasant. We even sold the apt right away. The weather was lovely tho and I can't wait to go back in 2 weeks. Have to go back on program tomorrow and get serious. Tired so I'll catch ya all later. Nite. Bernice

Bonnie you ask about my dieting? What dieting? I am so out of control it's not even funny. Can't seem to get a grip. We are on a countdown till we leave for Fla and have a thousand things to do. Tomorrow I go to my grandson's preschool to celebrate Thanksgiving. It's nice to live near the kids and participate in things like this. They are all making reservations to come to Fla this winter. I'm so glad I'm not doing the holiday cooking and the one we are visiting is a lousy cook so no chance of overeating ,just a long ride in a lot of traffic. I'm packing clothes in those space bags and when they zipper and you can vacuum out the air, they are great but they don't always zipper and seal. Got to go. Have a great Holiday grls. Bernice
