Now if I can just somehow shed 4 lbs by the end of the month to make my August goal! 


Maybe try to drink more water and make yourself full between meals. That's what I do. I always have a water bottle with me. However, I don't like plain water, so I flavor it with Mio water enhancer. It helps tremendously! If you avoid artificial sweeteners however, you could flavor it with fruit: lemon, grapes, raspberries, etc.
Good job on still losing despite the snacking! 
But oh, what a bright side you have! You are going to start feeling better now that you have your B12 shot, you are going to be reimbursed for it, you have the day off, your fiance has the day off with you, you're making concrete plans for a future together, AND you lost a lb! All of that is wonderful! 





I have my fingers crossed for you to lose that additional 2.5!
