I started a 30 day rotation. Monday I did Hi Def Sculpt.
Tuesday I did Cardio Party, Wednesday I did Hi Def Sculpt Express, Thursday was a rest day, Friday I did Cardio Overdrive Express and today I did Hard Core Fusion. Week 1 of the rotation complete!

Mon - Hi Def Sculpt, Walked 3 miles and Turbo Jam
Tues - Cardio Party
Wed - Hard Core Fusion Express
Thur - Rest
Fri - Cardio Overdrive Express and Walked 3 miles
Sat - Ultimate Fat Burning Workout
Started Week 3 of the Rotation
Sun - Walked 3 miles
Mon - Hi Def Sculpt
Tues - Cardio Party
Wed was Power Half Hour
Today I did Turbo Jam Punch Kick & Jam
Friday was Cardio Overdrive, Rested on Sat & Sun. Today was Cardio Overdrive & Total Body Time Crunch.
