Good Morning Ladies,
How was everyone's night? I had another good day and am feeling good about it. I did my WATP video 4 times this week instead of the weekly goal of three times. I've hunkered down and put things straight with eating, so far. Tomorrow is weigh in day so I'm hoping the past few great days will balance out my goldfish era. I do admit to feeling some urges, cravings this morning. As they say, I am trying to pinpoint what is going on but I can't come up with it at the moment. Had my breakfast instead. Weekends can get a little rough so I'll have to plan stuff out.
Holly- It's nice to remind ourselve of what we are thankful for. Thanks for sharing.
Ellen- I have always been the kind of person that would hold off eating during the day until I couldn't anymore because it was like the floodgates opening after I put one thing in my mouth BUT that plan has never been successful for me. The fact that you are exercising and eating too much for dinner is telling you something but not to starve yourself. I think (JMHO) that maybe its telling you that you need to more throughout the day. Have breakfast and lunch and add some healthy snacks. Have a fruit, yogurt, or salad an hour or so before dinner. Drink some water but please don't think it means that you should starve.
Susie- Staying the same is a win in my book so WTG!! I hope you are feeling better soon.

I know I haven't written in awhile but I've been really busy. I've been on my diet for almost two weeks....I don't think I've lost one single pound or inch. I'm not hungry and I'm doing great I think but nothing....it's just so discouraging when I have so much weight to lose that I've lost nothing yet.
