yes, easier workouts, in order to allow the muscles to fully repair themselves. what's important for me in the next week is to sleep, eat maintenance calories, and do a bit of the three main lifts in order to keep that muscle memory. the plan is by the time the meet rolls around, i am full rested and repaired and ready to smash some weights.
