Pixikat, new week new start - reckon that weight'll slip off like that bday meal did last week. I'm an all or nothing girl so get that feeling at the weekend too - I had an event on Saturday and there was loads of left over pizza - managed to limit myself to two slices which was a major achievement for me (although did eat veggie burger and chips for dinner - ooops!)
So am feeling like I made progress this weekend. Only one pound gain as posed to four and three pounds over the last two in November. So the big question is how close can I get to my goal? If I can get under 135 that'd be great. Look forward to sharing my insanity stats in dec too. Will have some pics to post of I'm feeling brave!
