It is 2 days of milk and then two days of vegetables. 20 ounces of milk or yogurt and 1 pound and a half of vegetables and 2 fruits. You eat them between 12-6. I don't do the long distance plan but presume they send you a diagram of where to place the beads.Originally Posted by ohmai
