I have NOT had that experience, but I see you've gotten some good feedback from folks here. Like Carla, I had no restricted items during the diet, which was my own choice. That seems like a good place to start. Most guidance I've heard/read is no restricted items the first 2-3 weeks.Originally Posted by Linden
