Hi,
I wanted to check in early due to the fact that I'm about to start cleaning my house and then packing for my trip tomorrow.
I will be in San Antonio until Wed. I'm taking my laptop and I hope to be able to post at least once while I'm there. The conference is going to keep me busy. I've never been to San Antonio before and I"m excited. I keep hearing about the Riverwalk. My hotel is right on it so I'm going to take my walking shoes and make sure I get up and down it a couple of times. My hubby says to leave my wallet in the hotel room!

I hear there is all kinds of shopping on the Riverwalk. I also plan to see The Alamo.
I did pretty well with my food yesterday and I'm happy with myself for looking the calories up!
B=1 protein bar,grapes (310 calories)
L=Grilled roasted rell bell peppers and portabella sand. pickle slice (300 calories)
D=1/2 Buddie Boy sand., 1/2 order of onion rings, 1 order of cole slaw. (759 calories)
I only had water to drink all day so no calories there.
I did have a Snickers bar (209) between Lunch and Dinner. We went to a high school game and I didn't have dinner until after it was over, at the game I was hungry and I had a Snickers.
Total calories for yesterday=1578
My doctor said to keep my calories between 1500-1700 and work on losing 10% of my current weight and when I do that to take my calories down 200-300 for the next 10%. So that's my focus and my new goal.
