  • Welcome! I don't use the bars... they are too expensive, and quite frankly YUCK!!! I do use the Special K Protien bars, I find those taste much better. I also found some high protien crackers in the health food area of CUB food. I just use those things in place of the LITES.

    They can sometimes get a little bent out of shape about using other bars... my comment is, I am losing the weight at a healthy pace, and that is fine with me. I look and feel better than I have in years.

    I am finally wearing the endless closet of size 12's that have been taunting me for the last 4 years.

    I did talk to them about the guarentee... it does not matter whether or not you use the LITES, You will get your 1/4 back at your goal and the other 1/4 back at the end of maintence. You just have to pay for any "extra" weeks it might take to reach your goal. So far, I am ahead of schedule.

    It is a great plan... no magic bullet... just common sense and accountibility. This forum is great for the support.

  • Chunkie - You are definitely on the wrong plan if you are 239 and doing the lites. I started at 256 on Red with Lites and moved to Purple with Lites at 220. Gold with Lites starts around 180! That is why you are hungry. Have your COD re-check your plan, and if they don't change it, check with the manager. If you choose not to do the Lites, you will get moved up a plan.

  • I lost 4.5 pounds!
    Hi girls!

    Well I went to my Dr's, she gave me a note not to use the bars (they were upsetting my tummy bad). Anyways I am on purple with no lites. Going pretty well, weighed in last sunday was down 4.5 pounds. I am going in tonight to weigh in then again on Saturday. Wish me luck!
