But I do have a side goal for my minutes...I want at least 200 of those to be strength training.
I will have to buckle down on my food AND exercise journalling to keep an eye and what types of exercise I'm getting. November is a whole new month! I'm starting over! 
even when I'm moaning & down,
it really helps to know there's people out there who care.
Nothing like a lil competition to egg us both on!!
I will think up some for December for sure...I think I have too much time on my hands!
