Battle With Breakfast!

  • Thanks everyone!!! This has been so helpful! When I was growing up I couldn't "have" non-breakfast foods for breakfast, because they were for lunch or dinner, so I usually just had nothing. I was really skinny growing up, and used ot struggle with GAINING weight, not losing... so this is odd for me.

    Thanks for all the suggestions.
  • If you don't like eating as soon as you get up in the morning try and eat something at least and hour or two afterwards, it really will help keep your calories in check for the rest of the day. I workout first thing in the morning and cannot eat anything. But after my workout and a quick shower I welcome breakfast. I am not starving but it gives me a little boost.
