Thanks for your comments. I know that I have to eat healthy (family history of heart disease and diabetes) so I'm not going the totally pigging out route. (biscuits and gravy, etc. Gravy makes me sick, so I never eat that anyway!)
Right now what is working for me is not writing down everything that I eat. I'm not spending every waking moment thinking about food, how many fat grams, how many calories, etc. I have cut way back on what I am eating. I also have not given up on all forms of exercise. I feel good when I walk. It gives me time to think.
I have definitely grown spiritually since I have begun. I've been reading the Bible daily. My hubby bought it for me last May for my birthday. I had only opened it a couple times before I started WD.
I have started listening to a Christian radio station and recently purchase two Christian CDs. I know that's not a big deal for a lot of people, but if you knew me, you would be surprised!
I will be very careful with the program.
