Leens, sorry to hear about your back, thats terrible that you are left in that much pain from an ultrasound, jeesh, they are suppose to help, not hurt!!I sure hope you feel better soon.

Not much going on here. Not as much frost this morning and the fog is already lifting. I'm picking up my mom and going to do some errands in town today. Not sure about dinner, had a lovely stir fry with lots of veggies last night, may use those leftovers. It was such an easy dinner as I had a bread bag full of cut up broccoli and cauliflower as we had veggies and dip the other night, so I just had to add a few more veggies and throw it all together, oh and for the meat I used some bison, boy is that stuff ever lean! I didn't make it to the treadmill last night, thank goodness there is always today!

I’m just way too busy that’s all there is to it

Cin – it’s really good to see ya! Save some of that potato soup for me…I’ll be right over…I LOVE POTATO SOUP! Yum I haven’t thought about supper yet but I better start thinking about it and get somebody to pull it out of the freezer before I get home.

Where is Liz these days?

Leenie – dang girl! How hard did the technician push on you! Are you able to put anything on the sore spot to help relieve the pain or is it beyond that? Ya just gonna wait for it to ease up??? Hugs!

I hope everyone is feeling better today, and doing well..
As for me-- Im not so good.. I caught the flu and have been terribly ill for the past two days... I can barely hear, and my head feels like it is in a vice...
I hope I am better by tomorrow because I finally lost that pound I gained and don't want to be thrown off from making it closer to my goal any longer..
I was watching the news and I saw that coke invented some soda that makes you burn calories.. anyone heard of/tried it? My guess is that its probably a crock..

Cathy..... they did two ultrasounds... internally and thats where i think she pushed down to hard... prob irritated my tailbone.... and they did a belly one. I'm walking so twisted that my right foot is turning in... I'll be okay, I've hurt this bad before, just not from a test for gosh sakes LOL

DH and Dd should be home soon.... boy it was hard not to eat all day today.

I'm here....to tell you the truth even signing in to this site is taking too long....busy at work...with the family etc.

Leens sounds like they are looking for endometreosis on you too...I hope that is not the problem.

Today I did a recert for my instructor CPR....a long tiring day but interesting....everything is changing.

Life is good for the most part...baby steps...increasing water, swimming, watching intake....the usual stuff.

Good Morning!
It is cold in Ky.actually turned on the furnace last night!

I have a roast in the oven and fun plans for the night .Our two grandaughters are spending the night. I am picking them up after school and after supper hubby I are going to take them to the Movie to see "One Night With The King".

Since school started I have not seen them much. I miss them. They are 11 & 12 and the 12 yr old is almost 5'11" now! Beautiful girls.of course I am going to say that.right? Ha! Pretty son they will probably be too busy to want to stay with us.so I want them all I can. The boys are 6 & 7 and a lot of fun too.

I am off the rest of the week and leading 11 meetings next week......so I am resting up! Ha!

Leens.I hope you get some answers and feel better soon.I know about not feeling good and really appreciate FEELING good more than ever!

Liz.you are so pretty! Hope your girls are doing well.

Hi Kids,

Went to the doc for pain and muscle relaxers... I stood crying in the waiting room for 2 hours..and this is an urgent care place... the part that angers me is there was no one waiting but me then 45 minutes in the pharmacy....sigh... I'm home and thats what matters.

Liz I hope thats not what they find...hope its just the going thru changes early like the rest of my sisters. My periods are now normal ... it was just a few times that it wasn't.... but heck... better to be checked than to be sorry ya know. How are you feeling? Baby steps are GOOD!!!

Cin..yes, I know you know how it feels how are you feeling my friend? My the kids are growing so fast. My little one is in kindergarten and seems so grown up

Sassy.... to you hon... wish I could sit and have tea with you...I'd lend you my ear.

I'm hearing good things about it but haven't talked to anyone that has seen it. am I exercising....uhmmmm not like I should be....it's hit and miss with me and more miss than hit there just doesn't seem to be enough time. I need to be getting up at 5 am each morning to get it in. Of course I cleaned house for 6 hours today so that was my exercise for today how bout you? have you been walking much?

Joanne, I'm glad your foot is still attached its got to be very frustrating to say the least. WTG on the house. My house if filthy, I can't bend to clean so I had DH buy me one of those things you squeeze so you can pick up things... he paid $25.00 for it and worth every penny... felt great to pick up things as I was walking to the bathroom LOLOL. I'm praying for you too.

Cathy, boy I could have used your services this weekend with the cleaning LOL. I didn't post yesterday b/c I couldn't carry down my PC from upstairs. I'm walking with a cane... nice eh. DH was at work yesterday and I didn't want to bother anyone sooooo.

Nothing doing today.... did a load of laundry w/out bending thanks to that arm grabby thingie??? what do you call that thing LOL. I felt like I had my independance back with that thing doncha know I doubt I'll be at work tomorrow but I'm going to try. The meds I am on make me dizzy and flippy so we will see.

Leenie -- my mil has a few of those things and she uses them all the time! My grandmother also had one and she loved hers too! Very handy! Hoping your feeling better!

I need to clean as well. I have to clean out the fridge. Its a nightmare in there! So if you don't here from me in a few days, you know the Fridge "monster" got me! lol.
