Welcome back, JT. I too have been struggling over the summer, losing and gaining the same 3-4 pounds. GRRRR! I gotta get my *** back in gear and get serious! Easier said than done.

Welcome back! I did a search a couple of days ago to see where you were and was disappointed that you really had disappeared. I remember your "I'm not in a good place" posts". I'm glad you're back! Stick around...even through ups and downs, this place keeps me on a pretty even keel.
