  • Belly Dance class today, I was able to do most of it, even with my sore breast. I only skipped a couple of moves, and I was really tired when that hour was over!

  • Today was belly dancing class! Had a blast, we worked with veils! It was an unbelievable upper body work out, my arms and shoulders are SORE!!! But it was so much fun and felt very sexy! LOL!

    Shelley I come to pop in and say "hi". You know that I am still giving it.

    Today I walked 20 minutes to the Y, did a 45 minute body sculpt class, jogged for 20 minutes and the did my 20 minute walk home. I will probably go out for another walk this afternoon or tonight.
    This is close to my usual but I swim for an hour or do aquafit or a low impact class.
