ok, then we are all talking about 3 different cookbooks. The one Sommer has is a purple spiral bound kind of paper back book. I think that most of the centers have gotten rid of the old three ring binder book. I got mine for like $10 on clearance. The purple one is the sample my center had first when they started advertising the new cookbook last year, and then when they got them in they were the ones that you are talking about now, just the paperback one.

My COD has the purple spiral too. Maybe it's a corporate thing?

I had the newest book that cost $35 and I copied the recipes I liked onto my word processor and sold the book on ebay for $34, I got my moneys worth. I am very picky about what veggies I eat. I'll put some on the board later .
