Scales doing a number on me today. Bah! Want to eat carbs! Bah! baaaa baaaaa






Stopped in the bakery to get some wholemeal bread and doncha know, the carrot cake was fresh from the oven. It's my weakness and I indulged. Although, I had just spent an hour power walking so I'm feeling good about that. I stayed the same at SW last night from the previous week. I think I actually lost half a pound but they only measure in whole pounds now. Bleh. At least I didn't gain.
I'm more worried about whether I'll be able to fit in any exercise those 3 days. Either I get up extra early or I do it in the evenings, which I've never been successful at. Usually for me, if it doesn't get done first thing in the mornings, it just doesn't get done! Wish me luck!
