Yay I Exercised today! September 2006

  • 30 minute walk yesterday
    30 minutes of yoga
  • Saturday - walking and 1 hour of dancing.
    Sunday - 2hours of gardening
    Monday - 15 minutes of yoga to try to help my sinus issues.
  • I skipped my walk last night - too many excuses

    But over the weekend DH and I took a few short jaunts in the woods as well as some extra curricular activity on Sunday.

    Hey - if it makes you sweat and breathe hard, it is exercise!
  • 1 hr hike up hill through brush with 20(approx) lbs pack.
  • Had to struggle to get out of bed and talk myself into it, but I did my 1-mile DVD this morning.
  • I exercised today too! I did the Weight Watchers High Intesity video. Love it!
  • Ugh...haven't yet managed to work out, although the day is far from over yet. Should I work out this evening? Well, I know I SHOULD, but...am I going to?
  • Friday - spent 4 hrs loading and unloading the contents of a 4 br house for an estate sale. Actually wasnt that great of a workout but every bit helps
  • Sunday 9-24 from 1030 am until 630 pm running errands, grocery shopping, costco, driving, long exausting day. Not even done putting it all away. Phew!
  • Monday - 30 minutes of walking
    Tuesday - 30 minutes of walking and 90 minutes of bellydancing!
  • Wednesday - 30 minute walk at lunch.
