Good morning Ladies,
The plan for today is:
Breakfast: high-fibre breakie cereal & low fat milk & an apple
Lunch: salmon and salad sandwich and a latte
Dinner: Beef Provencal Casserole and green bean
Dessert: 150g tinned fruit with custard
Water: Will try for four glasses with squirt of lemon juice
Exercise: Will try for 10,000 steps
The most difficult things will be:
No alcohol
Only 1 cup of coffee
Exercising
No chocolate
No potato chips
Not eating anything I want when I want
Hmm, must think of an alternative list of positive things now!!
