Deployment diet, I like that. That was kind of my thinking too. I know that he will lose weight over there, he running almost everyday and doing a lot of heavy manual labor. Whenever he gains a little weight, it comes right back off. The #&$^#@&!!! Anyway, I can't have him coming home looking all hot and have me still be fat.
He knows I have lost weight but I refuse to send him pictures of myself. I will only send him head shots, nothing below the shoulders!! He is frustrated by this but I think "too bad" I want it to be a surprise!! (and I think he is going to fall flat on his face.) When I lose another 8lbs, I will be smaller than he has seen me in 9 years. I should have no problem losing that much more before he comes home, plus some. I weighed in this morning again, another 2 lbs. I need to change my ticker. I am feeling motivated now. It feels good to have been able to beat the fat that has been here for almost a decade!!!

I'm an Army wife. What Im Doing to help battle my buldge is cutting out alot of the fast foods and trying to cut down on some of my diet sodas. I'm trying to take in alot more water. That along with exercising and chasing an 18mo old around
