I agree with you, this is very supportive. I have looked into other sites but did not feel comfortable posting on them. I love the fact that there is a group for people like me, that have over 100 to loose. I joined WW in Jan and have lost 75 lbs to date so am on the way but have a lot more to go. I am looking forward to visiting this group often. By the way, how do you create those graph bars? I love them that is really neat.

Thank you for the welcomes (even though I didn't start the thread ).

I love reading all the great stories and words of encouragement!

It is great to see women really supporting each other instead of tearing each other down. When I see the stories from those having health issues or relationship conflicts, it reminds me that I am lucky in some aspects. Now, I don't know if many people would consider NOT being in a relationship as being "lucky", but I think sometimes those significant others complicate the process. I swear my ex-husband used to sabotage me when I was trying to lose weight. And he didn't have a weight problem- so why did he want to keep me fat? Doesn't matter, now!

I guess what I am trying to say, is that the biggest struggle I am facing right now is this one with MYSELF. And, I should just be happy for that. Because, I know this opponent- and there is no way she is going to beat me!

I am putting it down right here, right now, I am doing this and I will not back down!!
