  • Congrats Lotta! I lost 6 lbs. my first week and I had NEVER had a loss like that doing WW. In fact, the thing that made me join LAWL was an old WW saying. "If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten."

    Since I have been on WW more time than I can count, I have figured out that 5 beers = 10 pts. Still on plan, but maybe not the best. I can work the WW system so well, that I always lost about 10 lbs. and then started cheating, etc. So, with that saying in mind, I thought that if I went back to WW, I would get the same results and decided to shake it up a bit.

  • Thanks for the post of ideas. I'll mix things up a bit and see where I am on Monday. However, I have a challenge of a social event tomorrow night with alcohol and a bday party for my niece on Saturday. But I can do this!
