    Congrats Mel!!! That's alot of weight! Don't feel bad on taking 3 months to lose 20, I'm just hitting 10 in the same amount of time with some hard self discipline and pretty hard exercising in the first 2 months. I slack off both of those and I start losing, go figure

    Great going Just think how much 20 lbs is, if you go to the store and hold 20 lbs worth of sugar or flour in your hand. Enjoy the ebay reward. You earned it.
