Ummmm, can I ask you what you base this statement on? This sounds a bit bananas to me. Food is food. As long as your calories are not higher than what you burn off in a day, you will lose FAT. I personally cut out meat for weeks at a time (for gallbladder purposes) and eat only fruits, veggies and healthy oils and lose TONS of fat and do not put the weight back on.
