maggie - the link you provided isn't valid for anyone but you. On the fitday homepage, at the bottom, is a box titled Public Journal. If you click 'make my journal public' it will give you the correct link to provide.
As far as loss goes - I'd say track your carbs for a few days and then decide if you want to do the fat fast. I remember that I was eating too few carbs at one point last time and THAT stalled me! If you only ate 8 carbs yesterday, that could be your problem too.
