  • maggie - the link you provided isn't valid for anyone but you. On the fitday homepage, at the bottom, is a box titled Public Journal. If you click 'make my journal public' it will give you the correct link to provide.

    As far as loss goes - I'd say track your carbs for a few days and then decide if you want to do the fat fast. I remember that I was eating too few carbs at one point last time and THAT stalled me! If you only ate 8 carbs yesterday, that could be your problem too.
  • Maggie, Robin is absolutely right...track your carbs. Sometimes it can be something so simple that is making us stall...not eating enough, eating too much of something that is allowed, the list goes on & on. Sometimes a little "tweaking" is all it takes to get things moving again.
