  • Hey everyone! I hope you all are doing good. My eating has been HORRIBLE this week but I've gone to the YMCA three straight days in a row! I had a session with a trainer yesterday, he showed me how to do all the machines and put my information in the computer so I can keep track of when I've been there and how much I did. I was okay but my hips are so SORE today! Once I get my eating back in check, I know it'll start to show on the scale.
  • shari-good for you going to the gym....I'm proud of you ...you will like it after you make it a habit...I was addicted and went everyday....I missed a few weeks due to my daughters prom and graduation stuff and now I can't find motivation to go back...I'm wanting to go but I'm tired and lazy now....I'm on track with the eating though and I know that as soon as you are doing both the lbs will start dropping off..

  • Hey everyone. I was thinking, I love chatting with you all. Do you think I could start a thread so we can all chat even when we're not doing a challenge? I plan on making a July 4th challenge when this challenge ends but I know there will be months when there is no holiday for a challenge. Am I thinking too far ahead? Sorry, I do that alot.
  • Shari- we can chat on this thread..there's noting wrong with chatting and gossip along with our challenge...it might even keep the thread going more and have more join us in our challenges..I don't think our thinking to far ahead..it just sounds like your motivated and trying to stay focused....a good motivation for all of us...I will keep on the new challenges with you...maybe the times that there is no holidays we can just do a monthly challenge like august 1st, sept 1st etc...
  • yesterady was a great day..I managed to stay at my calorie range and had 1129 and i did some crunches and hand weigh exercises...cna't wait till weigh-in tomorrow...I've had a good week and think it will be a good weigh-in..
