See, that's the thing I don't understand. I eat A LOT of fruit and veggies. I exercise EVERY day. I drink TONS of water. It's still happening! LOL
I'm starting to think that it's my meds.
Fiber One cereal has a lot of fiber and tastes good (and is low calorie). You can even sprinkle some on yogurt and fruit. Just think fiber, fiber, fiber.
I also eat a high fiber hot cereal mixture every day that is oatmeal, wheat bran and flax seeds. It really helps too.
