Can I join your group?
I'm currently doing WW on my own. My DH is also doing it with me for support. I've been OP for 8 weeks now. I normally weigh myself Fri mornings. So we'll see how I do tomorrow. I had a couple of bad days since last weigh in.
I've been battling my weigh since I was a kid. After much thinking I realized I had to change my eating habits for good. Also I'm not really a work out lover, well honestly I hate it! Brings back bad childhood memories.

But I finally decided that this was it, no more temporary changes, this time is for good. This website has made a huge difference, the support here is amazing, there are so many nice people, and so much information too, I love it!
I've been working out 5 days a week Mon-Fri, I was using my elliptical machine for 20 mins each morning, that's a HUGE step for me. Then the machine broke!

But I recently bought the Turbo Jam dvd's. I read a thread under the fitness forum and people couldn't say enough good things about it. So I've been doing the beginner's dvd for a week now.

I think next week I'll graduate to a more intensive work out. Wish me luck!
