I got day one!!! YAY!! No bingeing, totally on plan, under my calories. I even had an indulgence last night: low fat waffle with sugar free syrup. Just ONE!!! 70 calories!! I've never had just one waffle or pancake. And they are usually doused with butter and 210-calorie per half cup maple syrup. I think I'm going to try to do this again, because it worked. But not starting with chocolate. I've tried that before and it failed. I may try it next with low fat apple pie or cheesecake or something. Does anyone have any suggestions on fixing MAJOR chocolate cravings with minimal calories. I've thought about FF chocolate pudding, and if I ate four of those, it would be 400 calories and 0 grams of fat. A big improvement over eating 2000 calories and over 75 grams of fat in a typical chocolate binge. I don't know why I can control myself with other favorite binge foods, but not chocolate. Why is that? Does anyone know of a way to develop an allergy to chocolate?

I think risk of death may be the only deterrent for me . . . but then again, I think there's a reason behind that phrase, "death by chocolate." Does anyone remember that cooking show? I used to watch it all of the time when I was younger.
