  • I had my offical WW weigh in today. I'm actually 200.2. I know its only .8 but every little it counts right? Total weight loss this week was 2.6, yay!

  • Hi all! I hope everyone's had a good week. Food wise, mines was awful. I either ate too little or too much and never good. Plus my internet was down. BUT I did get ANOTHER job and my friend finally sent my stuff from my apartment to me so I got my grill! Yay! Now, I can buy my own food and cook again!

    I've had the worst week ever!!!! Hope everyone did better than me!!
  • Rosario- I am with you!! My weekend was all about junkfood!! My younger brother came to visit and we hit the grocery store...dang bulk candy section, erg! I totally splurged! I'll be happy to just maintain this week.

    I got back on track today and I"m hitting the gym at least 2 times this week (which is tough because its midterms). Good luck!
  • Hey Ladies, is anyone up for an exercise challenge? Maybe like 120 minutes a week to start. That's only a 1/2 hour 4 days a week. Or 2 1 hour sessions. I'm schedule is crazy, but I find myself making excuses....need some accountability.

    What do you think?

    I already go to the gym once a day so knowing that someone else is going to might help me with the motivation!!!!
    How do you want to keep track of going? We can do like stars or something per day ****????
  • Oops, I lost track of the thread! I didn't know it changed names. I'm at 190!! Officially out of the obese range! And binge free for 6 days!!!

    I'm up for the exercise challenge! I've already done two three mile walks, so I'm at at 90 minutes.
  • I'm not sure what the best way to track exersice is...but I've got 70 minutes on the books...10 minutes rowing and 1 hour on the bike. Maybe we can get someone with more technical skills than me to make another spreadsheet type of thing?

    Congrats! on the 190 Harpo, that is awesome! You'll be my inspiration this week. My weigh in is Thursday a.m. I'll let ya'll know my results then!

    Hey guys, sorry i took so long to post my stats. This has been a pretty good week. I weigh 251 as of wednesday. I'm only gonna get a chance to go to the gym again on sunday. When is the official weigh in day so i always know when to weigh-in? Hope everyone is doing alright. Until next time.
