Thanks for the great tips about craving, chickies! I bought a bag of sourdough pretzels this week and I think they might be the problem.
Freaky, I've never heard of anyone not losing their cravings with P1 the first time.

I'd suspect that some sugar got in there somehow...try doing it for 3-5 days again, making sure that nothing has any sugar in it...which means not eating out at all. It really does work...I've done it at least 7 times now and every time has worked as long as I really did it and made sure no sugar got in.

I hope that helps...being free of cravings is the most amazing feeling ever! Can you imagine seeing platters of your favorite foods and being able to say, "No, I don't want any, thanks."
