You know that is a very good idea Firmgirl. Thank you. I hadn't even thought to do that. Last time I did my Firm exercise (about a month ago) I hurt my ankle from using the 14 inch..so I might have to try those exercises on the lowered box for now.
I'm soo glad I'm not the only one who couldn't do the whole 45 minutes!! It was mainly the step that got me tired. I could only last 25 minutes, but I also did 45 minutes of cardio on the bike 4 hours prior. That couldn't have messed with it.
But I will continue to do it because I did have fun!!
