  • You know that is a very good idea Firmgirl. Thank you. I hadn't even thought to do that. Last time I did my Firm exercise (about a month ago) I hurt my ankle from using the 14 inch..so I might have to try those exercises on the lowered box for now.
  • I lasted 25 minutes too!!
    I'm soo glad I'm not the only one who couldn't do the whole 45 minutes!! It was mainly the step that got me tired. I could only last 25 minutes, but I also did 45 minutes of cardio on the bike 4 hours prior. That couldn't have messed with it.
    But I will continue to do it because I did have fun!!
