  • I went over on my cals today...dang cookout at work. I did get some protien power....I will be adding that to my day tomorrow. I will also change some of the things I eat too....
  • I skipped cardio. I've done it every day since Sun and I'm feeling very tired. I lifted hard and will do cardio tomorrow and sat. Yawn....

    Food on track. Yay!
