  • Thanks for the Tanita plug. I used to work in a pediatric office where one of the peds worked with anorexic children/teens and the body fat/scale we used for them was a Tanita.

  • I have not purchased a new scale yet. I am leaning towards Weight Watchers or Tanita. I have heard great things about both. I currently do not own a scale. I threw my old one out on 2/20. So it will have been about 4-6 weeks since the last time I weighed by the time I purchase a new scale. I have been okay not knowing because I have been staying on plan 99.5% of the time. Besides the way my clothes are fitting is a good indication that I am doing well.

    That's great! I "know" that looking to the scale for approval isn't "right" - but I still do it. I've had an almost perfect month so far and I just need to continue plugging away! Doing what I need to do, day after day. That said, the scale did move down this morning!
