Last night I indulged a little too much on the pasta...DH made it and I forgot to ask him not to mix the sauce and sausage into the pasta...so I ended up with too much pasta in order to get more meat and sauce. Oh well.
Today I've had scrambled eggs (two) and slice of ww toast. And some skim milk...I can't go totally without my milk, so when I don't have my cereal, I still have a small glass. I figure that will keep me from going hog wild on it from craving it later.
For lunch I went to Cracker Barrel with my mom and had a grilled chicken salad with olive oil and apple cider vineger and a slice of ww sourdough toast. I figure that their ww is probably not 100%, but it's better than getting straight up sourdough. There was a lot of tomatoes and lettuce to it...some red onions that I just could not eat...WAY to spicy! and so I ate mre than the standard serving size, but since they were all wave 1 I figured go for it.
I still need some fruit for today however. I ordered dd some fried apples, but didn't indulge in what she had left over since they put all that sugar in them. Would have liked to though.
Tonight I'm not sure yet. I've got so much to choose from in my fridge! Plus, there is some pasta left from last night yet. I may save that for tomarrows lunch, but I'm not sure whether to have fish or shrimp, chicken, I've got ground lamb...the choices are somewhat overwhelming!

But, believe it or not, I have not had any fish yet on this diet, and since that's kind of the cornerstone of the diet I figure I should probably have some...so Tilapia it is!
I still need to call brother in law to see if he can light a pilot light on a gas stove (my husband, even though he's a chef, is worthless in that department! I don't know where the one for this stove is...the one my mom has, yes...this one is not the same spot!) That way I can start cooking in my oven again! Thank goodness for the electric grill otherwise I think we might have starved by now!
