for lunch I like to eat a wheat tortilla with two slices of turkey with a slice of white american cheese and dip it in balsamic vinegar. Its not specif on the diet, but I know its good for me. I get low sodium boarshead turkey. Its all natural.
I also like to cook up a littel broc and sometimes add some tom basil feta cheese. I know the cheese is prob a no no addition.
I was snacking on newmansown organic wheat pretzels, but stopped because I think I was getting to many carbs. Not sure.
