WHERE IS EVERYONE?
I feel like I've been away forever, but all the holiday stuff is over with, and put away!
but we had a nice time. It didn't snow much while we were there, but it did finally give me something to ski on the last day, so I was happy. New Years Eve, I spent at Alan's, where he had a big party. It was nice, I had a lot of fun, but drank way too much wine.... I paid for it the next day.

I have a lot of aches today, including a couple bumps on my head after falling off my horse yesterday when everyone was out riding drunk and bareback (including me) at the club party. I put my helmet on later...something wrong there with the order of things.
but guess I'm lucky I didn't get even more brain damaged then I obviously already am. My horse spooked and ran off and I hit the gate on the way down....oh well, more later. Ciao! Dips, where are you? jbbm?
; 2) I did make my first 10% goal @ WW and received my 10% keychain (I am doing the happy dance)
; and 3) The scale at my doctor's office was only 1 lb higher than the WW scale.
Sorry you had a spill but at least you had some anesthetic in your veins
Your work group sounds like a crazy fun bunch. Be careful out there.
Great of the owner to give me a present of a new pair though.

That isn't always easy, but seeing that first weigh-in number opens the eyes, eh? I know you'll do well on it. I weigh myself at home, although my home scale is a couple of pounds heavier than the one at the center. I just use it as a guide and remember the base number from my first weigh-in on it. I am a daily weigher--always was, always will be, I guess.
I remember Julie saying that she may be visiting her dad up north over New Years so maybe she's still there? I will look up her phone #...
Have you taken back up with the training for your marathon?

Echo and Rhea must love having Daisy live nearby. They must get to play all the time huh?
I have been attacked by a deer once in a petting zoo so it could happen.
Well, my knee doc said my meniscus is not torn (thank God) but my knee cap is the problem. Apparently when I fell, it got jammed up into my thigh bone. Since then, it's been wearing the wrong way and throwing off the entire way I walk. So the ligaments and tendons around it are inflammed and the kneecap is getting worn on one side. I have to go to therapy 3X a week for a month. That's a plus for sure though, it's better than needing surgery! Afterwards I can get back to my normal walking routine I hope.
