Ok, well my January exercise goal will be 720 minutes. I know I did 900+ in December, but I did most of that in the pool, and its being used for swimming lessons for most of January ... so I will be pushing it to get that much in.
I figure that if I have a goal there then I will push myself to get to there and exercise, even when its more difficult because of external factors. If I get more done, it's a bonus!
