Lauren, I take Nature's Bounty Soy Isoflavones 750 mg. I've been doing some more reading on soy & it seems to be safer to take a product that has NOT isolated the isoflavones so I'll look around for a straight soy supplement next time (All soy has isoflavones, but a lot of the supplements have isolate one or more types of the isoflavones & so they're more concentrated.) I.E. you might be able to get the same effect by just trying to eat one soy product a day (burger, shake, whatever).
MSM is Methyl Sulfonyl Methane. You can buy it by itself or as part of a glucosamine/chondroitin/msm complex which is what I do. Look for it with the joint function stuff. Glucosamine/chondroitin is the latest thing for helping with arthritis.
Kathy, don't be so hard on yourself. One major life change at a time is my motto. You're under going at least 2 1/2!
