For Wednesday I commit to 1 hour of exercise (never really have too much trouble sticking to the eating plan). This was yesterday's committment too but I only managed 53 mins. Good luck everyone!

I commit to putting ice on my owie foot. Doesn't sound like much, but I don't want to do it, and I really need to.
I did one part of my committment...I measured my pasta and only ate one piece of whole wheat toast.
Dare I make a commitment for Thanksgiving Day?
Well. I have 3 dinners to go to. (Yes, I know.) One at noon and one at 4 p.m. So that's OK, b/c if I don't overinduldge, I can eat twice. The third is later, at 6 or 7, and I'm not expected to eat there, thank God. I think my plan is to just fill my plate half with vegetables, 1/4 with turkey, and then the remainder with something carb-y. Wish me luck.

I commit to eating within my kcal allowance and to getting at least 30 minutes of walking in today.

Well, I already exercised today. But tonight I have been invited out to dinner so I commit to not pigging out on chips and dip (because there is ALWAYS chips and dip) and only having one alcoholic beverage (and I may not even do that) and still drinking plenty of water.
I commit to one hour of exercise and drinking all my water today.
